ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA

We look forward to gathering in Arlington, Virginia, for Gold Star Spouses of America’s Second Annual National Convention.

Early Registration is Now Open!

Register by Friday, March 13, 2026 for the best rates. In-person attendance $50.00 or virtual attendance $35.00. Starting Monday, March 16, 2026 registration for in-person attendance will go up to the regular rate of $70.00 and virtual attendance will remain $35.00. Registration is non-refundable.

All attendees will have access to the convention materials posted online prior to convention. Virtual attendance will be Saturday and Sunday during the membership meetings, from approximately 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Virtual participants must register to attend. 

Meals included: Friday Welcome Reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres. Saturday - Sunday lunch and dinner, Monday dinner and Tuesday Congressional Reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres. A daily hot buffet breakfast will be provided complimentary for guests staying at the hotel. Please ensure you register yourself and guests for any meals they will be attending.

Group hotel: Arrangements have been made at the Homewood Suites Rosslyn-Key Bridge, Arlington with a group rate of $239 plus tax, per night. Rate includes daily breakfast for two and complimentary shuttle from/to Rosslyn Metro Station. If you have any problems booking your room or need additional nights outside of our room block please contact us. Rooms must be booked by Friday, March 20 to receive group rate or until room block is filled.

Members in good standing who need assistance with lodging are eligible to receive 50% of their hotel room cost covered at the official convention hotel, under our group rate. Members who choose to room together will have the full cost of their room covered, with each member’s share applied accordingly. This benefit is available for the convention nights starting on April 17-22. Members must be present for membership meetings to have hotel lodging costs covered. Room availability is limited. Please book your room as soon as possible using the group link below and let us know on your registration under special requests if you would like assistance with your lodging costs.
